Target Acquired Golf (TAG)
 Effective Date: 7/1/2025

By booking an event with Target Acquired Golf (“TAG”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.

  • The total cost of the event will be outlined in your invoice, which includes equipment, staffing,
    |insurance, and travel (if applicable).

  • Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your event, the following refund structure will apply to your initial deposit:

  • More than 30 days out: 75% refund of deposit (25% is non-refundable).

  • 15–30 days out: 50% refund of deposit.

  • 7–14 days out: 25% refund of deposit.

  • Less than 7 days: No refund will be issued.

In the event of severe weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control,
TAG will work with you to reschedule the event without penalty, subject to availability.

3. Safety & Equipment Use

TAG staff will operate and manage the golf ball launcher at all times during your event.
Under no circumstances should any guest or unauthorized individual attempt to operate, handle, or modify the equipment.

TAG reserves the right to shut down operation immediately if safety protocols are ignored or if guests behave in a reckless or dangerous manner.

4. Release of Liability

By participating in any TAG event or allowing attendees to participate, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • There are inherent risks associated with activities involving golf ball launchers.

  • TAG staff are trained and insured to operate all equipment safely.

  • Any injury, damage, or death resulting from misuse of the launcher or failure to follow staff instructions
    is not the responsibility of Target Acquired Golf, Tim Allen, or any representatives thereof.

  • You, the client, agree to hold harmless and indemnify Target Acquired Golf, its owner (Tim Allen), employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from such misuse or negligence by event participants or guests

5. Media Release

TAG may take photos or videos at events for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your event to be
recorded or photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

6. Agreement Acknowledgement

By submitting a deposit or signing a service agreement with TAG, you affirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
